RESERVATIONS

What time is check in and check out?
  • Check-in time 4pm

  • All rates are subject to change based on occupancy and availability.
  • Once a deposit has been made, cancellations for any reason are subject to a $25 credit card processing fee, provided we receive the cancellation request more than five (5) days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes made five (5) days or fewer before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. During our busy season, after prepayment at check-in, no refunds will be issued for any unused nights. For reservations involving multiple rooms, any change or cancellation fees apply to each room individually.
  • There is an additional fee of $25 per night per person beyond the standard room capacity stated.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.

Rates are subject to 9% Maine lodging tax.

Yes, there is a one night deposit required at booking.

HOTEL and amenities

Do you have accessible rooms?
  • We do offer a handicapped accessible room. Please let us know if you need a handicapped accessible room or have any other needs when you make your reservation with us. We want to make everyone’s stay special.
  • Select rooms are pet-friendly. There is a $25 fee per pet per night
  • We are a 100% Non-Smoking property. All rooms and balconies are nonsmoking. As a courtesy to nonsmokers and to avoid smoke entering a room through an open door or window, guests are kindly requested to smoke off the property. Leaving a room smelling of smoke will result in a cleaning fee of (minimum $250.00).
  • Yes, on-site parking is complimentary. Please note that due to space restrictions we can only provide parking for one car per room.
  • We are unable to guarantee exact rooms, but we are happy to honor requests whenever possible.
  • Cots are $10/night based on availability.
